Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course structure was good as compared to other universities as we got to learn in detail of everything. Elective subjects were taught with ease and by qualified teachers. Subjects are provided according to the course. Elective subjects were given according to the choice and interest of students.

Internships Opportunities

Yes our college provides internship. There was no stipend given to us. But other firms provide stipend according to the work done.

Placement Experience

2

Our course was introduced in 2013 So our batch was first so there is no data about placements, salary package etc. Other than that the college has education department in which placements are good. Salary package is also according to the knowledge and experience.

College Events

2.5

The college celebrates almost every festival. The annual fest organized is big, it holds many participations by other colleges also.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is expensive as compared to the facilities provided to us.

Campus Life

1.5

College hols many workshops conducted by various speakers on motivation, role of ethics in our society etc.

Exam Structure

No exams were not hectic. The procedure was good enough. There is not much lab subjects in our course. Internal exams are conducted twice in a semester and tests are taken on a regular basis.

Faculty

2.5

Almost faculty was temporary. Some teachers were very keen in their work and taught with full dedication. Some teachers were not suitably qualified as per the syllabus and the course because the course is vast and lengthy. Teaching should be improved so that students can understand better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
