All the admission process details was communicated through mail provided by the institute. Through Josaa website we were further communicated about the admission process and fee submission and course registration.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose the Chemical Engineering because it well suited with my Rank in JEE Advanced. The faculties are nice and helpful. The faculty: students ratio is 1:18. All the faculties are well educated and are proficient in their teaching. The term exams were easy to pass as we were able to understand the lecture easily.
Placement Experience
From seven semesters, the students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Google and Microsoft offer placement opportunities. The highest package the student has received is around 2.07 crore per Annum. Around 95 percent of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure depends on the annual income of the Student's parents. The on-campus internship offers 80k to 1LAC per month to the students. The fee hike policy is very minimal and is under the reach of middle-class families.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is very good. There is a lot of greenery on the campus of 1300 hectares. Several fests are being held like Technex, Kashiyatra and E-Summit. The library is also very big and contains more than 10000 books. Classrooms are well lit and ventilated. There are many sports grounds and facilities available on the campus like Volleyball, Cricket, Basketball and Football. The clubs run by students are Business Club, Entrepreneur Club, Film and Media Council etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is very clean and neat. The hostel contains 24 hr electricity supply, water, free all time wifi internet connection, laundry, mess. The food quality of the mess is best among all the IITs. The registration of the hostel is through the portal given by the Administrator.
