Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to become a good mechanical engineer so I chose this college and I got it. The faculties are less than average but they manage the classes well. The faculty-student ratio is 1:40. All of the teachers are Ph.D. holders and very good in their knowledge and teaching skills. The exams are monthly and can be passed with a little effort.
Placement Experience
In this college, only CSE, IT, and ECE get on-campus placements and core companies are very rare. The main recruiters are TCS Ninja, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Amazon. The highest package offered was 9 LPA and the lowest was 2.8LPA. The average CTC is 4.5LPA. About 60% of students got placed. Most of the core branches students opt for GATE and higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees are pretty less in this college as it's a government college. The fees for mechanical engg. is 6500 per month. The fees may hike in upcoming years. It is not predictable. There are some scholarship facilities too like SVMCM, OASIS, SIEMENS, etc.
Campus Life
Every year Espectro is organized in the college which is the annual fest of the college. There is no such individual tech fest. The library building is inside the college campus and full of useful books and journals. The classrooms are big and airy. The college has different sports clubs, coding clubs, GDSC and many more.
