Remarks
The admission process of the college is very simple my JEE rank was average and I was allotted a seat in the college through the JOSAA counselling. My admission formalities were completed in a few hours. The faculty and the staff of the college are very helpful and professional. I was interested in the electrical and electronics engineering program and I was only getting seats for my interested program in VSSUT so I decided to go for it and complete my B.Tech program from the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was recently updated and the curriculum follows all the latest regulations plus the curriculum is up to date. The curriculum covers all the basic points and helps us to understand the electronics components and designed very deeply and properly. The faculty of the college is also very good and professional. The faculty have a minimum of 10-15 years of teaching and experience and have completed their PhD degree and have good research work experience.
Internships Opportunities
The internship is offered by companies like Nalco, MCL, RSPL, CTTC, etc many such core companies visit our campus during the college summer internship program. We have to attend our internship program after completing the three years of our program. The average stipend for an internship is around 28k.
Placement Experience
The college has decent placement but has a record of 80-95% placement record. The college placement cell members are quite experienced and have very good industrial exposure so they invite good companies for the college placement drive and the placement cell also help us during the college placement round. The highest placement offer of the college goes up to 12 Nalco, MCL, RSPL, CTTCA and the average salary offer was around 7.50 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fee for the B.Tech program of the college is around 4 lakh and the college average salary offer is around 7.50 LPA which quite decent as comparison to the college fees. The college also provides scholarships through various schemes like National Scholarship, State Loan Stipend, Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST, Disabled Scholarship, National Talent Search Scholarship, etc and many central and state-funded scholarship programs are also available.
Campus Life
The college campus life is very good. The college infra is very well developed and maintained. The college library was newly renovated and we can find all types and of different varieties of books that help us to enhance our knowledge. The college also has a no-ragging policy. The college staff is very professional. The classrooms were properly ventilated.
Hostel Facilities
I did not opt for a hostel facility so I won't be able to tell you about the college hostel as I opted to avail the flat on rent which was around 10 km away from the college. I rented a 1bhk apartment and the rent was around 12k and all kinds of the facility was available 24 hours of water and power supply.
