I took admission in BTech (information technology). The eligibility of the course is class 12th and we need to give an entrance exam to take admission. The application form for the entrance exam is available on the website of steps. All the dates and fees and all other information are also given on the website. This year Rs.500 was the application fees. In the counseling process, I got reservation benefits (OBC category). Through these benefits, I got this college in 2nd counseling only. All the process of admission is overall good, no improvement is needed.

Honestly, all the faculty members of the University are very good and of humble nature. All the teachers are very highly educated. I got admission in the 2nd year directly after completing my Diploma so this time exams of my 3rd semester are going on and the exams are easy to clear.

You have to struggle for an internship in this university if you want to get a paid internship so you have to do it yourself University doesn't help you in this. But yes placement is good here you get 3-4 lakh from tcs, Wipro, Infosys. So overall everything is good.

From 5th-semester students get the opportunity to give an interview for many reputed companies which visit in our university. Many companies visit like Infosys, Mahindra, softpro, etc. Average packages are provided like 4-5 lakh only by the companies. Almost all the students get placed in different companies with different packages. If I talk about my plans I would like to do master's (Mtech) after my graduation.

According to my fees of the course is quite affordable for everyone(rs.30525 semester-wise). Scholarships are also available through which our whole fees can be returned. Scholarships are also there for castes like obc and sc/st and for students who are not financially good.

Campus life is great here, GJU has a big campus in which there are so many parks as well as the structure of the building is also good. In this university different types of functions are organized every month. The sports culture is also good and GJU have a reputed position in sports. There are so many tech fests also happening.

Registration procedure for a hostel is very easy. We just have to fill out a form and submit it to the vice chancellor for his signature. The hostel yearly fee is Rs.6650 which is affordable. Also the meal provided is of good quality and honestly, I really like it. In my room, there are 2 beds, one fan, 2 almirahs, 1 chair and table and some extra space and also a balcony.
