A college where teachers became 'Friends'

The alumni network now sucks. especially when we have established our selves in India Inc. and can help young people more

I gave GGSIPU entrance, I score a rank of 492. I opted this college due to sheer infra - that no other affiliate college under IP university can give / has given. From 2 basketball courts, 2 volly to huge foorball/cricket field!

It is governed by IPU, so it was sufficient in terms of knowledge required for a graduate student to become proficient in Management of Business. My major was entrepreneurship.

Back then there were not many paid internships, however I managed to intern with a Fulbright Scholar who wanted interns for his leper colony study in R.K Puram

I was lucky enough to be placed in Krishna Construction Company who had come to hire MT's for their head office and My friend and I got selected

The exam schedule were the only time we studied so it was hectic and back to back except Accounts, Business Maths

Feasible as it was again governed by IPU. I paid a total of 1.25 for BBA - a three year course to the college.

Some of the very best, we went to NSIT -Delhi, IIT Rorkee to represent college and DU to fight Debates!!

This is where the management hasent done much. while we all paid the alumini fees for three years, later it became very stale as most of the good teachers had left then.

I was part of college events committee so we decided on many ingenious ways and means to attract lot of sponsorship and participation from colleges across India, including IIM-B and IIT Rorkee.

The best there was, straight from IIT's and IIM's and the most friendliest of all that i have met. Most of them are in touch with us through facebook and we keep meting them often!
