IIHM Hyderabad Review

International Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad is a private institute that provides world-class education in the hospitality industry. The admission form can be submitted from the college website and I have to pay 600 rupees also as an application fee. To take admission in the college we have to clear the E-CHAT exam conducted by IIHM after getting clear I was called for GD and PI round. After clearing all the rounds I was allowed admission to the college.

The curriculum of the college is fully industrial-focused and we all are trained for international competition and global exposure. The curriculum follows all types of latest industrial developments. The faculty of the college is very qualified and the faculty ratio is also very good. The faculty members are highly experienced and they have also very good industry knowledge and very good industrial exposure. There are more than 100 faculty members available in our college.

The internship opportunity of the college is very good. We get very good international exposure during the college internship program. The internship stipend is low but the learning experience is very high and the college has a record of 100% placement for internships.

The college has a very good record for placement and every year the college is able to maintain a record of 8.-95% of placement record and which is a very good record and probably the highest in the competition. The college has various ties up with different hospitality industries and many hotels prefer IIHM for placement like Radisson, Taj Group, Oberoi Group, ITC Group. Hyatt Group, Marriott, are among the top recruiter of the college. The highest salary offer of the college is around 8.50 LPA and the average salary offer is approx 5 LPA.

The college has a very good scholarship program and scholarship is decided as per the meri score in the 12 board exam there are rebates schemes which start from 19900 and goes all the way up to 45000 depending on the score that is from 80%, 85% to 95%.

The college campus is nice. The life of the college is not boring like other hotel management colleges. Here in International Institute of Hotel Management Hyderabad full of various activities, The college organises the and drink festivals, the college also organised modelling show in which we all of us take part in the faculty is the judge, debate competition. The college also has Gym and sports facility on the college campus. The college has a WiFi facility too. The college library has all kinds of books related to hotel management and all kinds of self-help books are also available in the college library. The college also has a sports club and if we want to take part in any sports club we can as it is free of cost. The college properly helps us to develop our overall personality.

The GD round of the college test our knowledge and our capabilities whether we are able to express ourselves and our views or not. PI rounds our knowledge with related industry is tested so before appearing for GD and PI round one must prepare about the latest industry knowledge at least you should know about the basics.
