Remarks

Firstly our college is becoming better day by day and opportunities for students are also increasing drastically we even get placements from top reputed PSU's like HPCL, IOCL, GAIL, OIL etc and not just core if anyone is interested in higher studies or research or even in IT feel free to contact any professor with particular field and ask for suggestions they will be very glad to help and finally tho we don't have permanent campus temporarily due to covid its online overall placements are good so do join if you really have interest in the core.

Course Curriculum Overview

Chemical engineering has a good future ahead in the petroleum industry. Teachers are very supportive and the curriculum itself is research-oriented. Most faculty completed their PhD in National Institutes Like IIT and some did MS from world-class institutes. We have mid and end exams and apart from them, there will be regular assignments and contributional marks. Over exams are moderate to tough. Recently Placements have been drastically increased with Avg CTC: 9.4 LPA (Still ongoing). Many has got the opportunity to study in world-class universities.

From the 5th semester, students can get internship opportunities from companies like Adobe, SG Analytics, Saint Gobain etc... Highest package ONGC - 20Lpa Average package - 9.4 Lpa(Till date) Percentage Placement - 70%+ After Graduation, I would like to go for a job.

Campus Life

IIPE conducts 1 main annual fest called CRESO for all freshers in the month of September. Every student has access to a college library with main books and subscriptions. we also have many subscriptions to online websites and many rese- -arch publishing sites. Class amenities are really good compared to national institutes like IIT. We are currently using AU Ground for all sports and extracurricular activities and it is very huge as well. Personally, I am in the coding club(Semi-colon) they are many others like the photography club, Entrepreneurship club etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

Actually i had less rank in jee advance exam so i didnt got any IIT in my counselling .Then i got to know about this college from internet . In our college students go admission based on their jee advance rank . So this is how i chosed this college. Our college is as per IITS in academic but the difference is that our college have only core braches so they focus on skills . And the is average placememt is also low as compairing to IITS but in compare to NITs it is smiliar with respective branches Admission process is simle student must have qualified jee advance and have cuttof marks in their 12th board exam as per their category and student should have some document like aadhar card , marksheet , TC , mediccal certificate , bank account , Admission for slip etc. Student have to submit all the required documents in hard copy ....Read More

IIPE is good in terms of Education and Placements but lacks Social LIfe and enjoyment like Fests and Programs.

I qualified jee advanced but didnot get a good rank to get an iit, after iits iipe is one of the good colleges in engineering when compared to other private universities which provide good placement opportunities in core branches. the only way our college accept admissions is through jee advanced. the cutoffs for the last round in 2024 year are Chemical engineering - 25934 in CRL, 3726 in EWS, 8782 in OBC, 3880 in SC, 1801 in ST Petroleum engineering - 25708 in CRL, 4074 in EWS, 8956 in OBC, 3971 in SC, 1678 in ST Mechanical engineering - 25134 in CRL, 4046 in EWS, 8885 in OBC, 3910 in SC, 1738in ST...Read More
