Remarks

Talking about the eligiblity, the student must secure more than 45% in 12th or equivalent. The admission process starts by interview, and talking optimistically you will definetly nail it. The overall admission process is smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview

Most of the faculties here are subject experts, having more than 10 years of experiance academically as well as industrially. This is the USP of the colllege that it provides the best faculty. The Exams are taken half yearly and internals are taken twice a semester.

Internships Opportunities

Multiple of companies like wipro, infosys, flipkart, deloit offers placements as well as internship opportunity for the students. The students get to learn by doing things which they are supposed to do in corporate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The semester fees if 25000 but in total you have to pay aroud 165000 for the entire course duration. Multiple of scholarships are also available some of them are Army child, Sports, High Achivers and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
