My life at college.

I never attended any competitive entrance exam to get into this college but wrote an exam that college set up to help us get an admission.

The course is good. We had TSDP Total student development program to help the students learn new things. Also students are taught to face the corporate world ready. The train people on communication in English how to make a presentation,discipline etc.

No, they don't I do not have the knowledge about this. But so far I know they do not freaking have this concept at all.

All BPO's and Call center. No top companies come in. Bose is an exception but they pay too less you see. Otherwise, most of the companies came in to hire back end jobs which is to do with call center BPO back end operations. To conclude they do not have more companies lined up so that the students can take interview.

Vistas The fest. TSDP Presentation stage fear management there were many other things which we were exposed to. We feel very confident by taking such courses. I appreciate PES has this kind of concept. It molds the students to be prepared for the corporate culture. And they don't charge special for these courses. Its all included in the academic fees.

When I joined it was 80,000 for an year. Fees depends upon who you are. Your back ground and shit. So the fees structure is too high I heard somewhere. But the quality of education is not so great. The claim "Education for the real world" but the quality is "Education for fake world."

I am unsure about the loan facility. You may have to touch base with the college management to see if they will help.

You have all collobration of people. No racism foreign students are in the campus. They easily gel with the localites. I dont think anybody had any trouble. Its a co-ed college. You will have boys and girls and are treated unequally. The girls will have upper hand from the faculties while they boys are just disregarded. This is my personal experience.

Never stayed in hostel. But my friends were in hostel. They have good hsotel facilities. The warden is strict which means you cannot give a run aroundThe hostel is clean. They have saloon within the campus. So you have nice time in hostel. The food is also provided. Veg and non veg.

You really dont get any help from any students once you are out of college. But thrice I saw the seniors coming to the college to share their work experience and how they feel to have studied with PES.

Exam structure is very strict. They won't allow students to cheat in the exam. I appreciate that with PES. That said, the exams will not give you any exposure to the board exam. They set paper like a dumb nuts. To conclude, PES is not the college to join in order to shape up your career

Faculty members are not so qualified. They pretend to be knowledgeable but they do have very minimal knowledge on the subject. The teachers are very old say 76 years or so. But only one lecturer was a role model and her name is Saraswathy Vattam. She quit college and lives in the United States.
