Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi is one of the most popular colleges in India in terms of technology and the college also offer an MBA program which was a very good opportunity for me to be part of the college. I submitted the admission form from the college website and submitted my CAT score and documents with the admission for after getting selected I appeared for the GD and PI round.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the college is very well designed it helps us to understand all the basic and advanced level fundamentals of entrepreneurship and startups in detail. The curriculum provides us with all the valuable knowledge regarding business and management. The faculty of the college is highly experienced and very well well qualified. The faculty are of the PhD level and have very good experiences in research and a few of the faculty also has corporate experiences.

Internships Opportunities

The internship program of the college is very well designed and we are eligible for an internship at the end of the first year. The internship helps us to understand the working program of the companies plus we also get an opportunity to complete the internship from the startups which is a very good experience. The stipends for internship ranges from 28k to 2 lakh.

Placement Experience

The college has a very good placement program. The college is very popular in providing very good placement offers and the college maintain a record of 100% placement. I also chose the college because of its placement records. The highest placement offer of the college was around 56 LPA and the average salary offer was around 15 LPA which is a very good placement package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee is high but our college offers scholarships on merit and as well as per the financial condition of the applicant. The central government-funded scholarships programs are also available.

Campus Life

The college infrastructure is very good and very well designed and maintained. Teh college campus is very neat and clean. The college campus has a WiFi facility also. The food of the college canteen is very good and the seating arrangement in the canteen is very nicely managed. Our college library has around more than 35000 books on various topics. The college also has sports facilities like Basketball Court, Cricket Ground, Football Ground, Tennis Court, Volleyball Courts, 400-metre Running Tracks.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel has very good facilities. The hostel rooms are fully furnished with high-quality furniture. The hostel management properly takes care of the day to day activity of the hostel. The hostel is very clean and rooms and bathrooms are cleaned on daily basis. The food in the hostel mess is good and healthy. The hostel rooms are available for sharing and single occupancy.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

NSUT review 2024 intake
