Remarks

Offers an extremely high quality of education has a good teacher and focus on sports and co-curricular. Excellent placement and good personality development. All the students are satisfied and the satisfaction of each student is the college's first priority. It is great for me to get admitted there.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to become a software developer in future. That's why I pursued BCA. The student ratio is quite good. The faculty is very good in teaching we learn many things in this course. Exams are held in every 5 months and it's quite difficult

There were many companies like Tanishq, HCL, Infosys and many more companies that offered internships with stipends. Roles are offered like Sales Manager, software developer, event manager and etc.

Placement Experience

In our course, 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The highest package was 10 Lakh by byjus. And the average package is 4 lakh. The percentage of students getting placements is 80%

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for our course is 30000 per semester. And it should be paid before the semester starts. And we also get a Scholarship facility. And in 3rd year we will get a chance to get a job in campus placement.

Campus Life

There were many fests held in our college. Aagman fest was held in January and in March Mech era was held. We get many chances in many fields like sports and other curricular activities. There are insta ids of this fest which was run by student coordinators.

Hostel Facilities

In our hostel named Alaknanda there are total 60 rooms and in each room 3-4 boys stays. This room is quite big enough with all necessary facilities provided. And hygiene is also maintained. Meal quality is also very good in mess.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.
