The DSCE- review

I am a student of BTech in DSCE which you can get into 3 ways. By giving COMEDK exam which happens every year like JEE mains. It's 180 marks and you need to secure 110-120 marks to get into this college for the CSE-ISE branch. Through management quota in the first year. The total fees are much higher than the normal fees. Almost double it is of actual fees. Through lateral entry in the 2nd year.

I am interested in technology and computers so I opted for this course. Teacher: student ratio is really good around 1:70. Teachers are really having the knowledge of the subject they are owing. They will try a level hard to make you understand the concept. You can also sit in a different class if you've missed the classes by taking permission from the respective faculties. Classes are entertaining, you'll never feel bored or left out. For me, nearly all the teachers come to the class and take a small test by picking up random students and asking them questions about what was taught in the previous class.

Placement opportunities are really the best if this college, especially for branches like CSE ISE and ECE. A variety of companies visit the college and lastly, all the students are placed in the companies. Even the core companies visit the college and take the students. Placement is around 8-10L/pa for a student. Almost all the students get placed with a decent package. Core branch Students are also placed in really good companies but they need to work on their coding skills to get placed in software-based companies

Fees for any of the Btech course is 2.5L/pa for normal students through COMEDK whereas it's 1L/pa for KCET students . The fees double for management quota students it's around 4L/pa . I am currently in my 3rd semester and hence no internship opportunity there for me . But for the senior it's really very good

Fest is organized every Saturday of the week. They are really eye-catching and college timings on Saturday are almost half a day. The library is very fulfilling and you'll get a variety of options in the library of our college. Almost all the books from basic to technical knowledge are available in the library. Sports are really cherished on campus. Almost a variety of sports are available on the college /campus. You could play anytime in the college campus if you are a hosteler or till the college timing you are living outside the college There are a variety of clubs in the college. Really this is the best part of the college and the club really tries to teach you what's in that club.
