A good college.

The college is good overall only the college has to provide more freedom to the students and must improve the college infrastructure and other sports facilities present in the college and hire good teachers with good knowledge.

I basically took the GGSIPU entrance exam and my rank was around 2000 ,so i was getting this college as well as maharaja surajmal also but i chose this one because it is considered more reputed in delhi. The college doesn't have any interview process only all india written test is there which is conducted by GGSIPU every year.

The course curriculum is very good and it is designed considering that student doesn't have too much pressure during the exams and only relevant and useful topics are present in the course curriculum. The course curriculum is good for research purpose also.

Yes the college provides internship to some students who clear a test and they are eligible to do their internship in good companies like microsoft ,IBM etc. The general stipend offered by the companies ranges from 15K to 25K per month. The whole internship experience is very good in learning the practical concepts.

The college has a very decent placement record over the years with companies ranging from infosys to microsoft come every year to hire students. The average package offered is around 3.2 lacs per annum and in our batch out of 180 students there were around 120 students who got placed.

The major event that is celebrated every year is anugoong .Which is an integrated college festival organised every year in the month of february where different cultural and fashion events takes place in addition to a musical concert in the end. This festival is celebrated on a very large scale and is one of the best in Delhi-Ncr.

The fees structure is expensive as college is not providing facilities to the students in accordance with the fees charged. So the college fees is quite expensive considering the amount of facility given to the students. Overall the college fees is 1 lac per annum.

No i haven't availed any loan facility so no idea on this topic. My studies were fully funded by my family so no education loan was taken.

The campus life of this college is somewhat ok as management is strict and one cannot roam around the college during classes. There are ample number of activities planned for the students from debates to workshops etc every month for the students and there is no social inequality in the college.

The hostel facility is not so good as the rooms are very small and the food available in the mess is not so tasty and students generally go outside for lunch and dinner. The average rental of the hostel is around 5500 per month and 7000 per month including food charges.

The alumni network of this college is good and senior students are also very good. They help you whenever you want a help from them, i myself taken my first sem books from the seniors and they given me happily without any single thought.

The exam structure is quite good and is designed in a very well way so that students doesn't face any kind of problems during the exam time and also the lab timings are also very flexible and designed in a way so that every student can attend it properly.

The faculty members of this college are good, but only senior teachers present there are good, the new faculty members hired are not so good. The qualification of the senior teachers is mostly M.Tech and some of them are having a PhD degree also.But newly hired teachers are not qualified as senior ones and also their knowledge on the subject is not good.
