Students having PCB ( Biology /Biotechnology/ Biochemistry) with 60% marks PS this is just a joke - aim for more than 96% to get in any college of DU, it's available on DU official website with the dates coming up in early April, COVID-19 ducked all the timelines now double check for yourself. DU has our phone number they can drop a text regarding the schedule

Course Curriculum Overview

Well the course provides a deep breath for the subject Biochemistry. PS I took it on the suggestion of my best friend's sister. Well you have 2 teachers 1:Theory / 1: Practicals so I don't think faculty ratio would be a problem to you In my course every professor is PhD level proficient with more than 10+ years of experience Exams are held at the end of each semester ie 6 months and level of questions is fairly easy if you've completed the syllabus

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 14800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

No fees hike; Cost to study is minimal TBH your books are going to cost more than your tuition fees Scholarships: I didn't availed them as I'm not eligible. But still there are many scholarships, you can find more info regarding them at your college official website.

Campus Life

Fest haven't started all thanks to COVID-19. Library is more than enough PS even it's in renovation so can't access it though. Plus you need a sort of account/ membership to get in and issue books Classes are occupied with all latest gadgets required to teach and study efficiently( Projectors, Colored Chalks/ markers, Fans) Venky is known for its sports do I even need to write that I don't watch cricket but we have Rishab Pant Clubs omg they are plentiful more than you will ever need or encounter in any other college

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Best college of DU for Mathematics

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game
