Remarks
Admission is through the JAC Delhi Counselling process. It is available on the JAC DELHI COUNSELLING website. Jee ranks are used to allot colleges. The cutoffs range from 3k for CSAI to 1.8lakhs in Btech for the Delhi General category.
Course Curriculum Overview
I like to know about electronics and hence I chose this. Faculty: student ratio is less. (1:50). Most of the faculties are PhD holders. Term exams are tough if you are not regular else not much bothering.
Internships Opportunities
Software engineers, design and testing engineers, quality check engineers, data scientists, blockchain, IoT etc. are the roles offered by the companies. Students are also supposed to prepare a project in their final year on basis of which they get grades and are also judged by the companies.
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester, students are open for internships and hence for pre-placement offers. The final placement is allowed only after the completion of the 7th semester. A large no. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Atlassian, cognizant, honda, etc visit the campus. 80% of the overall number of students get placed. I am working on a startup now.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are increased each year by 10%. Overall College fees will be around 9 lakhs for the 2021-25 batch. No scholarships for GENERAL NON-EWS Students. Loans are available by the SBI branch located within the campus. Many students take loan assistance.
Campus Life
Annual fest MOKSHA is just extravagant and amazing. The singer KK was the show light for MOKSHA 22'. It is generally held around February-march. A number of books are available in the library for every need. Classrooms are world-class. Sports facilities are at par with IITs. There are clubs for all needs and entertainment like drama, robotics, dancing singing, Automotive, coding etc.
