Life at RSB

Eligibility for the course is any graduation and an entrance test like MAT, CAT, TANCET. The application fee is Rs.1000. We can the application in the official website of the College, if we fill that we would get a call from the admin department, after that we need to take up aptitude test, GD, PI and finally if we perform well in all these we could avail scholarships up to Rs.1,50,000. The admission process is good in the college.

I choose this course to get more practical knowledge in the field of management, hands-on industry experience, case study-based learning, and for good placements. The faculty in the college are well experienced, down to earth, easily approachable people and the ratio is - 1: 10. All the faculties have Ph.D. in their field of study. The teaching method was really good where we learn through in-class activities, case studies, presentations, projects, seminars, internships - SIP, etc, Every three months there will be end-term exams, the difficulty level is somewhat high as it is entirely application-based and case study-based.

Companies which came for internship are L and T - HR role, Insplore Consultants - Finance and Marketing role , Stiphend is 4,000, Tenhard - Marketing role stipend is 11,000 and based on performance. MMA - Marketing role. I worked in Insplore consultants as marketing and product development intern, where I have to generate lead for a finance product Indiafirst life Mahajeevan plan to my friends and family and I achieved 100 percent more than the target and hence I was awarded early bird certificate. Under finance role, I did a project where I have to study and analyses the changes that a company has gone through during Covid 19 and its impact on the balance sheet.

The students will be eligible for placements after the 4th trimester. The companies that visited our college are Collegedunia, Bajaj capital, ITC, Tube investments of India, ICICI, Saint Gobain, CMIE, Avasoft, City Union Bank, Teachnook, EY. The highest package offered by Collegedunia is 12 Lakhs per annum and the average is 5 lakhs per annum. The college has a 100 percent student placement policy and it delivers the same. My plans after the degree are to work for Collegedunia and contribute all my skills, and talent to the company.

The cost to study in the college is 6 lakhs excluding bus fees and hostel fees. There is scholarship available upto 1.5 lakhs based on the performance in the interview and academic performance. There is easy instalment facility in college which is tailormade for each student. We can get loan outside, bonafide will be given from the college.

Campus to corporate webinar series, enterpreneuship programs will be conducted twice in a month. The entire campus is wifi enabled and we have have smart boards, projectors and a digital marketing room. There are various clubs in the college namely, entrepreneurship club, marketing club, HR club, movies club etc,.

I was asked to attend personal interview, and I was interviewed by Director of the college who was very humble and polite. He asked me lot of questions related to academics and my general knowledge. He also told me to ask few questions and had a wonderful conversation with him. There was also written test that was given to me ,the topic was " The most unforgettable day in my life" After two days, I got the result that I got selected and finally they called me to the college to submit all the documents and the application form. I availed a scholarship of Rs. 1.7 lakhs . I stuided the recent current affairs, and few concepts relating to management.
