Remarks

Rajalakshmi School of business needs at least any of the aptitude tests (MAT, CAT, GMAY, Etc) to be attended by the candidates. Also, every candidate should have a minimum of 50% in their 10th 12th and Graduation. After applying the form from the official website of the college by paying RS 1000 online, the candidates will have a Group discussion, Personal Interview & Written ability test. Weightage of admission is given for the people who have work experience but not mandatory. There is a scholarship to 2Lakhs according to the marks in all the tests you have appeared.

I chose this course to specialize in marketing as I like marketing very much. Faculties are very talented and everyone is from PhD background from reputed institutions like BIM, IIM, LIBA, XIME, Etc Also we have many visiting faculties from IIM, LIBA, and Business owners (Entrepreneurs) to teach. Teaching quality is very high with improved updating education.

Internships Opportunities

Tenhard India, Phoenix Global, Outlook.com, Insplore, L&T, Oceanic Branding, Itsy Bitsy, Dhobi G, Shriram Life Insurance, Etc. The stipend is from Rs 10000 - 20000. The role will be in Marketing, HR , and Finance. We had 2 months internship with final project presntation and Marks for the projects.

Placement Experience

From the 4th Trimester, every student can eligible for the placements. ICICI Bank, Bajaj Capital, Murugappa Groups, City Union Bank, Saint Gobain, ITC Limited, ANZ Bank, Avasoft, CMIE,Etc. Highest Package - Collegedunia - 12 L p.a Average Package - Mavredo - 5.5 L p.a 100% Placements

Fees and Financial Aid

Compared to other B-schools our college fees were much less i.e 600000 (full programme fees) and I got nearly 1 Lakh rupee scholarship for the overall percentage (10th 12th UG and MAT Test).

Campus Life

Many online webinars and seminars are conducted by different clubs which are in the college. (Entreupreneur Webinars, Corporate wisdom webinars, Campus to Corporate webinars). All books needed for the course will be available in the library Classrooms are fully air-conditioned with a projector for taking the class with PowerPoint presentations, also every desk has a charging point for laptops. We had Marketing and Entrepreneurship Club, HR Club, Finance Club, BA Club, and MovieClub in which we conduct many programs for the college.

Interview Experience

They will conduct 3 test 1 Group Discussion - Latest trends, General topics 2 Personal Interview - With Director or any other higher faculty 3 Written Ability test - Any topic will be given and the candidate asked to write about the topic After completing all these steps, If you are selected they offer you admission by giving the offer letter.

An insight to college life

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for Summer Internship from 2nd semester while for Final placements from 5th semester. Some of the companies which come for placement are JP Morgan & Chase, Decathalon, BNY, Mastercard, Cocoblu, Bajaj, ICICI Bank. The highest which was offered was of 24 Lakhs while the average is 14 Lakhs. 85% of students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to work for an organization and learn and grow in the management field.

Placement Experience:

The placements at ISSM Business School are excellent, with students becoming eligible from the final semester and nearly 100% placement achieved, as top companies like Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and Deloitte visit the campus offering roles across various domains, with packages ranging from around ?6 LPA to ?29 LPA and an average of about ?13.6 LPA, and after completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job through campus placement and grow professionally in my chosen field.

Placement Experience:

In issm they provide 100 % a placements because the overall strength of the colleges for campus 1 180 and campus 2 is 130 so it's very easy for them to get students place and companies like Deloitte and lots like that be company are coming so that training take you is so definitely the students can get placed under percent

About ISSM BUSINESS SCHOOL

Placement Experience:

In ISSM they are offering internship opportunities for students in 2 semester itself. And most of the companies are offering PPO (Pre Placement Offer) for the interns. Probably mid of 3 semster the students will placed as full time employee before complete their MBA degree. No college will give this kind of opportunities for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I preferred MBA because i need to gain knowledge about business and managing skill, Where it can help me in future for my own business! But why i have Choose ISSM is because their teaching method is very interesting and i'm a student prefer to practical class rather the theory books! and even they provide Dual Degree at low fees structure. Eligibility for the course is any graduation and an entrance test like MAT, CAT, TANCET. The application fee is Rs.1000.
