Being alumini this is my opinion about college

Eligibility of course will be you need to have min 50-55% of marks in your graduation in any bioscience combinations like CBBt, CZBt, CBS, CBM, etc. There will be entrance conducted for admission attending experience is mandatory and after entrance, according to the merit list you will be selected in the counseling process if your graduation is from other than Karnatak university then you need to pay enhanced fees and there is a reservation for Physically Disabled and sports quota, as well as NCC and NSS quota for selection and SC and ST students condition in fees, will be given

Exams were conducted every semester and the exam was not much difficult and exam will be a written exam conducted in my department under strict supervision. Practices will be conducted with 40 marks and for theory internal 20-25 marks will be allocated and for final theory, 75 marks question paper will be framed

You can opt for the Vidyasiri scholarship given by govt for sc and st will have a special scholarship and for a gold, medalist university will provide a special scholarships and for food and accommodation, you can apply for backward class welfare departments Hostels.

University has a Central Library specialty which is located 1.5km from the department within the campus and the department library is also provided. There will be a welcome party and orientation program after joining and you can get a youth festival, sports day farewell party, and some workshops, etc.

University Hostel(Nijalingappa boys hostel) was better no ragging and no fans hostel mess was not closed during our times and you can get rooms near Srinagar and Kalyan Nagar near to the university. for the university hostel you need to apply they will release a merit list for selected candidates and after you can select the rooms you want you need to pay hostel fees
