I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

The placement rates are quite impressive. Around 70 percent of students are placed through campus placement with top company like tata,chaitanya recruiting students...the college have 92 percent of placement

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

The curriculum is extremely up to date with subjects that make you industry ready. No matter which domain you're interested in, the diverse curriculum ranging from cloud computing to economics and evs is sure to enlighten you in all aspects.

From the 7th semester student is eligible for placement In my college there are lots of company are come like- tech Mahindra, Tata,Wipro,kajaria etc In 2023 the highest package is 15 cr and average package is 4.5cr

quite good, high RoI, number of companies visiting depends on the year, a high number of students get placed some even with double or triple offers, for coding/sde roles, very high packages are found, core companies also visit the campus

After appearing WBJEE exam I participate in counseling and I choose coochbehar Government Engineering College and I choose electronics and communication engineering branch, actually I am always interested in electronics instruments so I choose electronics and communication engineering branch.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
