Remarks

The students need to learn that they are representing their college, their activities and their performances, so they need to work hard and improve themselves to make their name and of the college too.

Entrance Preview

I got 66% in 12th from Banasthali Public School, New Delhi and I studied physics, chemistry and mathematics as 3 of the main subjects where I got 85% in mathematics which gave me opportunity to take admission in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

University offers several courses and curriculum including faculty of engineering and technology, faculty of arts, faculty of science.

Internships Opportunities

Students were offered senior developers post, developer post, hardware/software engineer, internships- mostly software engineering internships, From our college's CSE department, 40/60 students got internship offer by following companies- 1. Amazon (10) 2. Microsoft (9) 3. Samsung (17) 4. Goldman Sachs (4). and few a students in PWC from IT department.

Placement Experience

4

The placement in our college is quite good and more than 90% of the students are being placed from the past 3-4 years. The highest package was 50 lakh per annum for an IS student and on an average, 4-5 lakh packages are seen among final year students. For about 1483 offers have been made last year by 287 MNCs from all over the world.

College Events

3

The college also encourages other co curricular activities and extra curricular activities very well. Many NSS activities are organised throughout the year which includes blood donation camps and health awareness programs. The students have participated many international activities and won many prizes.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for the first year is comparatively low to the fees we pay in the upcoming years as every year the fees increases and the total amount I paid for the curriculum was approximately 7,48,000 which includes registration and the security deposit.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are offered to meritorious students who are brilliant performers in college as well as school. Academic excellence is seen and accordingly 100%, 50% or 25% scholarship is offered, they also offer 10% concession to ex amity students.

Campus Life

4

The campus is having all facilities like Wi-Fi, LAN-connected computers, well-lit classrooms with attached projectors, and a large library having all the books, journals and newspapers. The canteen facility was also good with tasty food.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel rooms are also average. The girls' hostel and boys' hostel are apart and located within the college. I did not face any infrastructure related problem as ACs are provided in the classrooms.

Alumni/Alumna

I met one of the alumni at a guest lecture conducted by the college, she gave a lecture on the U.S. economy and opened bright prospects to the students, after that I got in touch with her through LinkedIn.

Exam Structure

Exams are quite stressful, you don't get enough time to study as there are so many events taking place and then there are assignments submission projects which keep you busy throughout and still if you get time you can study.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty employed is highly knowledgeable. Not all the teachers were helpful but yes there were some of the dedicated teachers too who helped the students in various projects and also in better understanding of the concepts. While some teachers were knowledgeable, they were also highly careless towards their services.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
