Affordable fees, ample job opportunities

The basic requirement for eligibility is Graduation, either passed or appearing in the final year. The Percentage should be atleat 50% for being eligible for admission. The application process is simple. One can find the application form on the college website. The starting date is also mentioned on the website. In the form, basic details are asked such as Name, Contact, city, educational background etc. After filling the form, one gets confirmation email and has to wait for GDPI process. The GDPI is conducted on the same day and the result is announced in a few days. The process is simple and well driven.

There is dual specialization available in the college so I chose Finance and Data Analytics. The faculty is experienced and have great qualifications. They focus on application of concepts in the real world case studies. The question are also application based. There are about 40 students in a class. The classes are Air conditioned with projector and systems present in the class. The marking method is also different. In every subject we have to give presentation, GD, and surprise quiz. Internal assignments are also given by the faculty. Exams are conducted twice in every term. Questions asked in the exams are all application based.

Many companies such as Dabur, ITC, Amul, Times Group, Sharekhan, Chayos, etc. come for internship drive. They offer roles in Finance, Marketing, HR and Operations. The stipend goes up to Rs. 20000, and the students get the opportunities to secure a pre placement offer. Letter of Appreciation is also given by the companies.

The companies start coming for placement from the month of September, in the 4th trimester. The package offered is average, but numerous brands such as Delloite, ICICI, Dabur, Amul, ITC, Wipro Blackstone, Berger Paints etc. come for the placement drive. The students are given pre placement training by the experts so that they can crack the process easily. Many students get multiple offers and also Pre Placement Offers form the companies they had done their internship.

The fee is moderate when compared to other colleges. The fee structure is well defined and provided beforehand. The college also provides scholarship on several basis. One can also apply for loans easily as college has tie-ups with various banks. The internship opportunities are also great. Many companies with stipend up to Rs. 20000 come in the campus. Various brands like Decathlon, Dabur, ITC, Amul, Times Groups are to name a few which come with Pre Placement Offers in the campus.

Cultural events are less in the college, Two main functions which are conducted are Annual Fest and Inter Club Fest. Every depart has its own club which conducts various events during the year. Main focus is on developmental activities. Social activates are also taken into account. The Abhor Club works on the social initiative, and conducts various charity and social events. The students are promoted to take part in the activities. There is a huge library which has all sorts of books, and an E-Library is also present. Students can access all the available books easily on their own systems.

The GD topics are based on the current scenarios. One should regularly read newspaper, magazines, articles to excel in the GD process. A simple aptitude test is conducted with topics such as Profit & loss, Discount etc. One has to keep a command on the basics. Scores of various exams such as MAT, CAMT, NMAT, XAT are also taken into consideration other than CAT. In the interview, the panel asks a few basic questions such as Tell me about yourself, Why do you want to take admission in our college, which can be cracked easily.
