Remarks

Jee's Mains score Application is through PTU counseling. There is one more round which is held in college. I have not availed any reservation benefits but there are for Sikh quota, SC/ST quota, and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in Computer Science so I opted for it. There are many more other courses like Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, etc. The faculty is quite good and supportive and possess high knowledge.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

These internship opportunities are also provided by the TnP cell of the college. The process is quite a crystal clear. No discrimination is done on any basis. The companies that want to hire are posed on the TnP site and students can register themselves.

Placement Experience

The TnP cell is quite good. It offers so many placement opportunities. The placement record is almost 100% every year. The average package is around 6lpa and some companies like Samsung etc also visited the campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for an even semester are around 40000 per month and the odd semester is around 44000 per month. There is a quote for a fee waiver student who scores well in JEE Mains. Their fees are as low as 10k per month. There are some scholarship schemes as well.

Campus Life

The campus activities are quite good. There are some annual events, one is technical and one is cultural. The college somewhere lacks in the activities it is more focused on studies and neglects these social gatherings.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

From the 6 semester you will be eligible for the placement drive. Many companies visited LPU for recruitment and some of them are MNCs also The highest package is 1 crore from my batch and average is 7LPA. Around 90 to 95 % get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

As this college was nearest to my home . It is. Also one the most popular college in Punjab. It is most affordable college . I didn't applied to any other college . The admission here was from 2 rounds of open counseling and I got admission in 2 nd round. The cutoff for my course was about 85%. There was no such exam as entrance exam .
