Remarks
Eligibility of the course is to get atleat 75% marks at 12th. to get admission candidate need to take Wbjee exam and have to get rank around 25000(max). after result candidate need to do Wbjee counselling on their website and if eligibility criteria full filled candidate can get admission. the college is good. Every facility is there. but i think in some cases like computer lab, gym, and specially classrooms can get more improvement.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is of 4 years and the 2nd best course after cse. all the faculty members of this college are so good and very helpful. whenever student need help they are always there. many of the faculties have done PhD and their teaching method is very simple. internal and term exams are very accurate to time and by their teaching process the exams are more easier to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies and their sub companies like Microsoft, verezo, rinex, pregrad, campus offer internship to the student. for internship students get project and they perform it very carefully. there are many internship program in this college.
Placement Experience
from the 6th semester students become eligible for placement. Many reputed companies visit this college. Average package of placement is 2 lacs per year and the highest package is 7-8 lacs per year. 90% is good to get a well placement. my plan is to do higher study (MTech) after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Different department has different fees structure. For ECE dept. admission fees is 13000 and next 6000 for every semester. i think this is not so expensive. in this college there are more than one scholarships like svmcm, mcm, oasis etc.
Campus Life
the annual fest is named Esperanza. it is a very interactive and fulfill tech and cultural fest. every book related to all courses are there in the library. institute level sports like cricket, volley ball, foot ball, badminton, chess are organized by the college. and there are many clubs - debate club, writing and poetry club, tech club, esports club run by the students.
