Moderately good but sheerly overrated

There is nothing bad about this is college. It's a good place to study.

IIT, BITSAT, IPUCET, VITEEEIPU-CET RANK- approx 198 or 195 (can't recall clearly) Had ECE, ME, IT as a choice but i was more interested in computer science, so chose it.

The course structure was good but,to be honest, there are many things that we study and dont really apply in real life. Instead life skills and more of practical knowledge is the need of the hour, which is not delivered to the students. Thereotical knowledge is important, but only to an extent. Hence the course structure should be improved. I would rate it as 5/10.

The training and placement cell is keen to provide internships. But in the last 2-3 years it hasn't turned out to be really well. Overall experience is good. Stipends depends upon the knowledge possessed by the students and cant be generalized.

As i am in second second year i do not really know much know much about the job opportunities that clearly but as told by the seniors and the faculty, the job percentage i.e. the placement percentage is almost 70, which is, by the way, a good percentage for tier 2 college and average package is 5-6 lacs p.a.

Technical, cultural, management festivals which your college holds, how big they are and the participation in them is a good question. This is a really really good question. This is a really good aspect to know about the management of the college. Yes many events are organised and everyone is invited cordially to the events.

Fee structure is okay as it is exepected to have 4 lac fees for the entire course in this kind of private college. However many students who cannot pay this much fees because they are from economically weaker sections apply for loans or divide and pay the fees in installments.

No i am not that good in academics and the college too doesn't provide much of the scholarship etc to the students.

Gender ratios, Student/Dorm Parties, workshops, cultural societies or Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status is a good question to be asked. We should know about this.

Paying guests facilities are available near the college but they sometimes prove to be expensive. However the mess food is just okay. However sometimes the dishes aren't up to the mark. But it's okay and not something to be complaint about. Overall experience is good.

Alumni network is good an seniors are helpful to the juniors. Overall experience is good with them.

The day is undoubtedly hectic and exam structure is okay. But students have their own own way of coping up with the system and, i am not promoting this behavior but, mass bunks are really well planned and executed by students..but to a limited extent so that it doesn't affect our attendance also.

Faculty is good, interested in teaching but many of them, to be honest, may be knowledgeable bjt are not qualified enough to teach students. Faculty is highly educated but being educated is one thing and being able to educate the students is another thing.
