Remarks
The admission process was smooth. Didn't take any entrance exam. It was based on the previous course's percentage. Application form was available on the college website. The website contained detailed information on the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I wanted to go in accounting field. The faculty members are quite good. The teaching methods of the faculty is good as well. The average strength of a class is around 70 to 75. In exceptional cases it goes up to 92 students. The exams were conducted as scheduled. Only during COVID it was quite delayed. Otherwise everything is fine.
Placement Experience
During the final year, students are eligible for campus placements. There were lots of companies that came in for campus recruitment. Companies like Wipro, MyCaptain, Onepaper Research analyst and Pvt. Ltd, Mentorsity etc. The positions offered by the companies were mostly for sales and marketing. But there were other positions like relationship manager and admission associate counselor.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure was quite fine. Based on the previous course's marks the fees gets deducted. Apart from that there were other scholarship opportunities too. I'm not too sure about that as I didn't apply. As for the job opportunities, there were lots of companies that came in for campus recruitment.
Campus Life
Every year the college conducts YUVA and SIRI SAMBRAMA. YUVA is conducted in the month of May and SIRI SAMBRAMA is conducted in the month of March. The library is also preety good. They have lists of reference books. They also have good set of novels both in English and kannada. There are lots of sports activities. Mostly badminton, basketball and throwball. College campus is also quotes nice. The canteen is also good. There are lots of clubs. Few among them are radio club, sports club, NSS club and so on.
