Remarks

Class 10th pass students are eligible for this course. Online apply for this course. The application starts April to May. Then take an exam. Then rank wise select for this course. ST and SC students are get benefitted. The selection process is very bad all year many sit are not filled.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in electrical engineering, therefore, I take this course. Also mechanical, and civil courses are available. Here 60% of students get a good job after completing this course. Here very good library available. Teachers are very talented and the teaching process is very good. A very good workshop is available. The exam is lighter hard but if a student read then passes easily.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Internships Opportunities

You get internships with Bpcl, coal India and many other companies. At the time of internship, you get a stipend of 10-25 thousand a month. After completing you get a certificate also it's very useful for getting other jobs. Many projects are given at the time of the internship and get too much knowledge about the company. Also known more than bookish knowledge.

Placement Experience

In the last semester, students get placement. If any backlog then he can not participate in placement. Here many companies came for hiring like L&T, TSTS, TATA, Coco- cola, JBM, JINDAL etc. Highest package gave 4lakh and the average package is 2 lakh. 60% of students get placement completed this course. I get a good job after completing this course.

Fees and Financial Aid

It is a government college so here college fees are very low 3to 4 thousand for a semester. In 3 year 6 semester available. Financially backward students get scholarships. College campus is very good. All types of facilities are available here.

Campus Life

At first fresher program was conducted for new students. Then all other programs like independence day, Saraswati puja, Rabindranath birthday celebration etc. Here very good classroom available. The very big ground is available for playing. Quiz competition created by students. Cricket match play every year between many team and the winner team get rewarded. The college website is available and is managed by the principal and teachers.

Rajganj Government Polytechnic is the life of Fatapukur and also all over Jalpaigiri.

For the entrance examination, you have to complete JEXPO which is conducted every year in the month of May. The eligibility for taking this entrance is the 10th pass with a 30% mark. The age criteria are 16 years. The application form fee of Jexpo is 450 INR. Application is filled in the month of December of the previous year. There is also have reservation benefit.
