Remarks
I got admission here on a merit basis. Eligibility for this course is you must have studied PCM in your 12th. But now process has changed now you have to give CUET exam in order to get admission in this course. The process of admission is smooth and simple for students taking admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
A 3year course which basically focuses on the subject of semiconductors. Its designing and practical approach in today's world. The course is more theoretical and less practical but you will get ample of opportunities to do practicals also. Overall the faculty is nice and helpful. Professors here are good and approachable.
Internships Opportunities
I wasn't part of an internship. Though my classmates got a lot of opportunities but due to academic pressure they weren't able to attend any. Most of the internships are not paid but they do provide certificates, which enhances your future credibility.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a fee hike policy and the cost to study is overall good compared to other colleges. Scholarships are there but for only some sections of students. Like they have scholarships for reserved category students. And in some cases a group is there which provides financial support to needy students.
Campus Life
The annual fest is the center of attraction. I have experienced it in my first year when an italian dj was invited to perform here. It was awesome. Library is the best place in the college, consisting thousands of book on different subjects. Course relevant material is always available with reference books. Reading room above the library is the best place to study and make notes. Though i didn't joined any society, the dramatic society trymbakam is the most highlighted one in the whole du.
