Remarks

I have not completed one year yet in this Institution. Right from Admission to all class test and faculty I find it good.Classes are very regular.Teachers are always ready for help.

Entrance Preview

I get admission here without any Entrance exam.Students passing out H. S with Science stream and with more than 50% marks are eligible for the Admission in B. Tech.

Placement Experience

Our Institute recently introduces B. Tech course.Previously placement of the students of Management studies are very satisfying.Almost 80% students get placements in top companies.

I am a first year student. First event that I attended was an interaction programme with us(new students) and our esteemed teachers.In that event, we are asked to show our other talents apart from study.

Campus Life

I love our collge campus.All facilities are available.Surroundings are neat and clean. Class rooms are also very spacious and well maintained. There is a clean and hygienic canteen inside our campus.

As a new student, till now I found all faculties are very much qualified.They are not fully friendly with us yet.A few of them look quite strict by their appearance.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

It's and average college but with good facility and faculty
