The admission process is centralized and conducted by JOSAA. So no improvement is required. You have to qualify to jee to get into this college. please refer to the JOSAA cutoffs for this branch. Reservation is provided to SC/ST students as per GOI regulations

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is great. You cannot find this type of curriculum anywhere in India. We have an MOU signed with aeroponics. They will set up their labs here and we will work for them as an intern or you may get a PPO if you work well. The faculty is great. One of our professors is a retired professor from iim Calcutta, one teacher is Ph.D. from him Bangalore, and one teacher is from ISI Kolkata.

Internship opportunities are also the same as placement opportunities. Off-campus, you can intern anywhere during your summer break. But for campus internships, you have to wait till the final or prefinal year. thanks

Almost everyone got placed from every branch except exceptions. The highest package is around 52 LPA and the average package is around 11 LPA. For use and it average is around 20-21 LPA. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, directi, etc. Come here.

Fees and Financial Aid

Placements are best here. All the big companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, big4, and startups come here for placements. The fee is 10lakh for this 5-year course. You will learn so much here. Financial aid is also being provided here.

Campus Life

One of the biggest cultural fests is BITOTSAV(Search on YouTube). The library is so good here. The sports complex and gym are there. classrooms are good and clean. Cricket ground, football ground, basketball courts, volleyball courts.

Hostel Facilities

You can register online for getting hostels. Mess fees are charged separately and it is approximately 3000-3500 per month. Mess food is good and single rooms are provided to the students. No need to rent a pg here

If I talk about real-world examples, from number systems to multiplication, fractions and trigonometry to find the height of pole. Areas of improvement are to relate mathematics with real-world examples, use methods like Vedic mathematics, and also creative, active participation rather than rote memorisation.

Overall Experience and all reality of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi

I had NIT Raipur Chemical Engg, rejected it because I didn't like the campus amenities of the same, zero sports facilities, they play Football on a Red Soil literally. I got this in CSAB and hence it was a better ranked college than NITRR, i've heard of people opting a lower preferred branch in BITM over a branch in NITRR such the brand value of the college. I scored pretty avg in JEE 58k rank so wasn't eligible for all the clgs anyhow. Admission process is pretty simple JOSSA and CSAB. Admission experience is obviously good because why would a clg not welcome a laxmi lol jk....Read More
