Eligibility for this course is 12th from PCM. Selection is also based on the percentage of PCM. The application form and application fees are found on Delhi university's official website. Application dates near 12th examinations. Reservation benefits are also provided for reserved categories.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as this course uses mathematics which I love to learn and physics is there only which is a very interesting subject. The faculty is good having a vast experience in teaching and research. Exams are held every 6 months and are easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like investosore, icici prudential, decathlon, TCS, etc offers internship and give opportunity for finance, human resource, etc. They offer internships for 5 to 6 months with a stipend of 7 to 8k per month. College also sometimes organizes fare for internships ( internofera).
Placement Experience
Students from the 2nd year or specifically the 4th semester are eligible for campus placements. The college has its own placement cell which organizes placement for students. Companies like byjus, tata, decathlon, etc come for placements. Companies offer average packages of about 4 to 5 lakh per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees hike every year from nearly 500 to 1000. I have given 12k in 1st yr,13k in 2nd, and around 14k in 3rd yr. The cost to study is nearly 10 to 12k per month. College gives scholarships to economically weaker Students. Sometimes college students gather and collect some funds for the concession of the fees of students who come from economically weaker backgrounds.
Campus Life
Fest is held every year in the month of January or February. Tech fest also held in 2 or 3 years. The library has a vast collection of books for every subject or field. There are many sports like football, basketball, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, chess, etc. Social groups are there like rangayan, stellar, NSS, nimbus, enactus, etc.
