I got admission in the base of class 12th percentage . This year Delhi University has decided to conduct entrance exam for du colleges . The application forms as well as application dates are available automatically on the delhi university site. the admission process has always been very easy.

I am pursuing a BSc in Honors chemistry and I have a lot of interest in our course. Our college has the biggest chemistry department at Delhi University. The semester exams are not soo though u can score more percentage by solving the previous year's paper

Our college students go to multinational companies and major projects outsiders the state related to many research and chemical industries. They got higher stipends with different companies and exposure levels too

Placement Experience

The students in my college are eligible in the final year of bachelor's course for placement cell. The average package is about 4.5 lakh per annum. And the maximum and minimum packages are 16.7 and 2.5 lakh per annum respectively.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of BSc Honors chemistry. Is 16000 per annum and discount as per reservation. The placement cell of ramjas provides many internships for their bright future and to improve their skills

Campus Life

Ramjas College has the biggest campus on the North Campus of Delhi University. It has a sports complex and a big football ground where students play and one basketball and one volleyball and badminton court where study play in their free time. the food in the canteen is one of the best in all the DU colleges.

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

The admission process of the college is through Cuet ug admission examination, I had applied to other top colleges of The University of Delhi including Kirori Mal College, Hindu College, St. Stephen's College and Hansraj College, However my score was best suited for Ramjas and I was allocated this college during counseling process. For admission into Delhi University, CUET exam is conducted based on your 12th subjects. Scoring atleast 750 above out of 800 is necessary to get into top colleges like Hindu, LSR, SRCC etc. Then based on the marks , you are allotted the college , there are 3 rounds of allotment.
