Remarks

I am a student of this Giet University and here the eligibility for admission is just the 12th pass. They need all my schooling certificates and Adhar card and all and then they Joined me in some groups. Then after they called me to college and after that, I completed my admission process there.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen Computer Science because I am very much interested in this Branch In this University most of the students belong to CSE only. Here the faculty members were so friendly and supportive. Exams were Done repeatedly so that a student's improvement will be occurring.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Internships Opportunities

GIET University alumni are placed in leading companies such as TCS, HCL, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, etc. They are working in multiple sectors, such as Engineering, Education, IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Sales. Internship opportunities were given so that it will help to enhance our knowledge

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities were high .80 - 85% of students got placements. 6th-semester students are able to get a job quickly. Companies that are visiting were Wipro, Infosys, and high radius. Packages were from 3,00,000 to 15,00,000 per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Most colleges provide the best placement at a higher price but In this University best Placement is done at a low price than other. So I have joined here . The course fee per year is something around 13500. And the hostel fee is around 70000. So around 2,05,000 per year. Placement opportunities were increasing every year.

Campus Life

Events that are happening here are tech fest in the month of December and Cultural fest in the month of March. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Many competitions also happened. Availability of basketball court, cricket ground are here for Playing purpose. A huge library facility was also there

Hostel Facilities

For boys and girls, there are separate hostels. For boys inside the campus and for girls outside.So that it maintains a disciplined environment. meal quality is average. Both Non-veg and veg foods were given.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
