IIPE : "Hub of Quality Education"

JEE Advanced is an entrance test for admission under UG program in the institute . Application form are available in website of Institute, admission process is similar to JOSSA Counselling. Reservation benefits are same as other IITs, NITs.

Course is best designed parallel to quality of course structure of IITs to gain adequate knowledge for an individual. Evaluation is done through Labs, exams etc. Teacher to student ratio is 1:15, which is extremely good. the faculties are brilliant , and nearly all have done PhD in their respective fields from premier institutes of our country. teaching method is very versatile and hence comfortable for students to learn and understand easily. There are two exams for 1 sem - Mid and End sem , which can be easily qualified or excelled if one is attentive in class .

My batch (2019-2023) students got an internship opportunity in several PSUs ( IOCL, HPCL, ONGC, BPCL etc.), and some students also got an paid internships in Saint goblin (35K per month ) and SG analytics (25K per month) and surely will receive more and better opportunities in upcoming years under guidance of CDC cell of our institute.

Students are eligible for placements after 3rd yr completion. firms for the placements varies from Core(petroleum and chemical) to Analytics , IT , consulting etc. Top recruiters includes PSUs like IOCL, HPCL ,ONGC,GAIL, HMEL etc. and private includes Shell, Saint Gobain , Linde , Eastman chemicals etc. and various other recruits like Fractal Analytics, latent view analytics, Hitachi consultancy ,TCS and number of other recruiters. Currently , as per the data 57 companies visited and 106 placement has been offered for 2018-2022 batch. Highest CTC IS 24 LPA and average CTC is around 9.57 LPA. As of 3rd June 2022, 98% of student were placed and remaining have opted for higher education. My plans after a getting a degree would be job experience for 2 to 3 years and later opt for CAT, GMAT etc.

The fees is here is not very high, its decent to be honest . there is 75000 Rs per semester and 25000 Rs for hostel . so overall nearly 100000 Rs for 1 semester. we can get number of opportunities like we can publish various papers under our professors , so overall plenty of exposure is there for student , they have to work hard for that , they will surely be succeeded for campus jobs and further higher studies. Fees varies according to reservations of an individual. Recently student from my batch (2019-2023) had got an opportunity as an intern with SGA which also included a stipend of 25000 per month, saint Gobain with stipend with 35000 per month

IIPE conducts 1 annual fest called CRESCO for all the freshers in the month of september-october. There are 2 other main cubs namely IIPE IICHE Student Chapter, IIPE SPE Student Chapter, various other club includes Sem;Colon(coding club) , LITCOM etc. Classrooms are well equipped with all basic amenities including AC, Projectors etc. College also provides lot of opportunities in sports and provides with other curricular activities like beach cleaning, blood donation camp etc. Hostel is among the best as it provides with nearly all amenities like ACs, Common halls which includes Gym equipment's, Table tennis, TV etc. Our institute has library named Ranganathan library wide collection of books from latest publication.

Currently , Our hostel is currently situated among the scenic beauty of hills and beaches of Vizag and it is connected with shopping complex , malls etc. and it is well versed with all basic amenities like ACs, washing machine . Wi-Fi, attached bathrooms , common hall which includes Gym equipment's, indoor sports equipment's, LED TV etc. There are separate hostel for boys and girls .hostel fees is Rs25000 per semester (dual occupancy) and mess fees around Rs 5000. Meal menu is flexible and can be changed by students as per their needs, all over meal quality is good .

No, I did not face any group discussion, Interview, or written test for admission. the criteria and process and all are just like every colleges. there are 4 rounds and further there is spot round based on requirement of an institute. And It was simple procedure to get into colleges , forms and documents are to be submitted and it is just casual normal way of accepting students via jee advanced ranks.
