Remarks

33% seats were reserved for SC, OBC,and ST students. The admission were held in online process. The application fee details were available in the college prospectus which was present in college website. Any student with above 60% marks in 12 were eligible to take English honours

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers were highly knowledgeable and very kind to their students and had an unique method to teach English. The exam dates were according to the university dates and the question were quite easy to pass. This course was suggested by my parents to me

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees were to be paid yearly two times for admission to each semester around average of 2500 rupees. There are no campus jobs available since no companies come for camping. Each scholarship details were given to us before their applying dates and we're given timely

Campus Life

The classroom was big enough to accommodate 60 students with fans and proper sunlight . The sports playground was as big as two football grounds. Timely all college festivals like freshers and farewell were organized. The library had all the major books that we required

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

A place to enhance skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it has lots of scope in future to get a job and also it is a good subject or my National language. In this college lots of faculty has been given to the students. Well, I am also a new student but I can say that all teaching and non teaching staff and also the office staff are very humble to the students and they help us a lot. I am in B.A. 1st year student and lots of faculty has been given by our beloved teachers and office staff. The teachers are very humble by nature and the way they taught us is really mind blowing I am very grateful that I am a student of those teachers. In every 6 months, you have to give one semester examination and as I already told you that I am a new student and my exam is in February month so I do not have experience with the paper and how difficult it to pass but I can say you read properly you can pass the exam in Good marks.

To make it easy I would like to tell you that I am not a bright student, especially my science ground was really poor. I could barely manages to qualify 10th examination with help of arts subject. After 12th I applied to Dinhata College and A.B.N Seal College. But I couldn't make it to A.B.N Seal just because my 10th result was poor enough, that's why I choose Dinhata College as a second option. But this second option provided me many opportunities that I qualified UGC NET to apply for PhD in my first attempt though I couldn't make it to JRF. But I hope good for the next time....Read More

"Dinhata College from the Students Perspective"

The course requires excellent math and physics knowledge, so if math is not your strong suit, don't choose physics. You must also pass 12 board exams with roughly a 90 percent general score in order to be eligible. You can download the application form from the college website, where you can also see that the application fee is always zero. If you are accepted, the fee is 2770 Rs.
