I got the admission in this college on the basis of my 10+2 marks. I secured around 72% marks in 12th. This is the best college in my city.

Course is affiliated from Bangalore university and is designed in such a way to fulfill the essential skills required for a successful career in commerce and management. Course is of 3 years and 6 semesters.

Internships Opportunities

No internships are not compulsory for the B.com course. It depends on the students who wants to do an internship.

Placement Experience

There are lots of placement opportunities on our campus which offer a good amount of package but mostly companies acme for post graduate courses not for the UG courses. This is the bad part in this college.

Campus Life

The Wi-Fi has a login based system and hence, torrents and many other things are blocked. Some classes are air-conditioned. The sports facilities are great only if you are a sports quota student other than that, it is useless. Medical facilities are nice, considering the fact that there is a hospital inside the campus. Many extra curricular activities were held at campus like sports, college fests, industrial visits etc.

Faculty

Yes, they are well qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers are pretty ordinary. They may be quite knowledgeable in their very own field, but do have a lot of ego and frustration when it comes to dealing with students.

The college provides placements from various top notch companies like Deloitte, EY, Tanishq, Titan , Wipro and more. The Average package is 5 lakhs and most students get placed. Whoever doesn't, they choose to study further .

Perfect for Online Programs

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rat 8/10 as the course was pretty good, I learnt eaverything in my B.com, whether its abut marketing, finance, sales , accounts. So basically it included everything a student needs in their graduation. I suggest that there should have been regular classes with encourages student teacher interaction.

MY COLLEGE MY BEST DAYS

Remarks:

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all

Well it was the best days in life I had with friends

Remarks:

They need to improve little infrastructure .they are improving but still need to do. They also have to put some efforts to help students excel in their overall development and rest everything is fine here in canara, i loved studying in this college. Faculties are also good,friendly in nature.
