Remarks

There is an exam called VITEEE, where we have physics, chemistry and mathematics and aptitude for MCQs. Our course and its fee are dependent on its exam rank wise where there will be counselling for all the branches of VIT.

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted for AIML where artificial intelligence and machine learning are trending in the world. Each and every faculty have completed their PhD and experienced faculties There are so many faculties where you can opt for your faculty from 2 nd semester through FFCS. Compared to other college question papers, the VIT question paper is kinda difficult We have 8 semesters for BTech, where each set consists of 2 internal exams as CAT exams and FAT has a final exam.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 198000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many internship courses available in our college:- Ai in python Data science Health and technology Amazon Web services Robotics And many others are there with tie-up with companies like Microsoft and cognizant and many others

Placement Experience

From 3 Rd students are eligible for placements. There 1000+ companies visited and took 98765 and more students via campus visited. My plan is to pursue masters in my course. We even have have 2 +2 transfer programs where we get 2 years studies in India(VIT) and other 2 years in a foreign country in B.tech courses

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee depends on your rank in VITEEE. There are 5 categories with different fee structures. There are many scholarships, and there are many competition participants and we may get many benefits from it.

Campus Life

The campus is like heaven to stay and enjoy the weekends, no need to go outside the campus. There are all types of books in the library and you can refer to all the books of your choice. if you want an e-library even that is available in the library you access it. Classrooms are chill and clean, they can occupy 70 persons at least There are all types of sports you can pay and access and there are some clubs for respective sports too and there are some technological clubs like Microsoft, hackathon and GDC.. and many others every club is monitored by students and there are some faculty too.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are like our home where everyday the housekeeping people will clean our rooms .. The quality of food is 9/10 Even registration of hostel depends on our marks scored in academics . You can access gym for free in hostel both girls and boys in their respective hostels

Hostel Fee: INR 69000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
