Remarks

The campus comprises of cafeteria, medical facilities, common room, lecture halls and library. The institute has a well-furnished hostel for both boys and girls. The institute has three computer labs with adequate computers with Wi-Fi 4 Mbps Internet facility all around the campus.

I opt this college only because it is near to my home. Although it is quite good college and you can take admission on the basis of your SSC marks.

The computer labs have state-of-art application software like oracle, RDBMS, Java and operating system like windows, LINUX and compilers like C,C++, Visual studio. College conducts regular programs like Seminars, Webinars, Online tutorials and Workshops, Expert lectures on various latest technologies for B.tech students so that it will help students in their future.

As I am in 4th year so there are many companies came for the placement like Thapson Pvt. Ltd. PSEB, Patiala EXCEL Service, Noida DELL, Mohali Next Century, IT Park, Mohali Sebiz Infocom, Mohali Vardhman Soft Tech, Ludhiana Ceasefire India Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana IBM, India and many more. College also arrange the sessions for the students to develop the skills like how to face interviews, GD's, Test. The Industry-institute interaction and regular personality development programs through industry experts and in-house activity help the student in getting jobs in National and International companies.

Campus Life

Our campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. The classrooms are well maintained with air-conditioners, projectors and smart boards. . The classes and labs are well-furnished and organised. The quality of food in the canteen is healthy.

Faculty

The faculty is highly qualified. They are student-friendly and helpful. Tutor-mentor is assigned to a group of students. The teachers use a mix of traditional and advanced modern means of teaching. Every classroom has projectors. Industry exposure is abundant.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

From the 6 semester you will be eligible for the placement drive. Many companies visited LPU for recruitment and some of them are MNCs also The highest package is 1 crore from my batch and average is 7LPA. Around 90 to 95 % get placed.

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.
