Remarks

At Delhi University there is a process that we can transfer our admission to another college. Now suppose you got admitted to one college whose fees are higher but now you want migration to another college which has low fees than the previous one. Then you can easily do it but the remaining amount that you left will be refunded very late. Approx 4 to 5 months of admission. So this I believe improves the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

In college there is no such difficulty to pass exams, especially in ARSD college, Delhi University the staff are very much supportive and they also help in preparing for exams not just covering the whole syllabus. They work in an effort to solve previous papers and always have an eye on each and every student.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

Internship opportunities are there in college but they are not for freshers like those who are in 1 semester or 2nd semester the college department will train these students on how to work and they will start working in companies like Wipro, Next Ias or many more for beginning for unpaid internships and they got the certificate but after some time they will get paid and the payment depends on the work done by students. You feel we work and we will not get paid but remember you are acquiring knowledge. Which will build your personality and leadership qualities. I also worked as an unpaid intern for 2 months and gain a lot of knowledge.

Placement Experience

4

There are various tech companies that visit every year to give placement to students and from the ranking of India today our college got ranked 5 in the top college in India for placements. There are some disadvantages also that many MNCs and non-tech companies prioritise to gave placement to those students which are pursuing courses like computer science or other mathematics. So there is a lower hand for physics and chemistry students to get placement. But there is an opportunity to get into the field of research like our senior from our course is working as a researcher in BABA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTER (BARC). Approx 80 to 85 % of placements are done annually and maybe more depending on how many companies are coming. After my degree, I will prepare for the Armed forces like Airforce or the army. It's my childhood dream and I will definitely make this out.

Fees and Financial Aid

In my college there are various scholarship schemes and my friends also got fees concessions and scholarships so I must say they help every student if he/she is not able to pay fees for any reason. I must say you will never request with collage fees department for fees concession or any other problems like delay in fees payment. Because they were much aware that there might be some problems for which students may not have money to pay fees. And most of the time they also don't force students to pay remaining fees.

Campus Life

4.5

There are many fests or parties in a month in which many famous personalities came not only related to Bollywood stars but also many who create a revolution in fields of education or any person who studied at our college and he/ she is doing great things in life. Live example: From our college, many students take seminars for freshers who are owning a multinational company. All the students who build the market teach marketing to those who have an interest in it. The one thing I love about our college is our college library. There are millions of books yes I am not joking I have seen there are millions of books for every field, not just academic books. Non-academic books like many thinkers, biography books of great personalities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
