Remarks

Eligibility for the exam 12th passed with 75% An exam that needs to be given to enter the college -JEE mains, Available at JEE site Application fees for JEE form- 500 Rs The exam is conducted in the month of May or June. Apart from this exam if interviews can too be taken and weightage for extracurricular activities can be accounted for admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have opted for chemical engineering from this college as many students have qualified GATE exam in this branch with decent scores and are settled in PSUs. Apart from that, a number of researches are going on in this domain and the college has many project tie-ups with government-funded institutes like ISRO, CSIR, etc. Faculty is highly qualified mostly are post-doc or PHDs in their specific domain. There are two exams and different activities conducted per semester. They are of moderate difficulty usually.

Placement Experience

Numerous amount of companies come for placements in a variety of domains. This year 60 LPA was the highest placement offered by apple to 6 students and the average is 10 LPA Minimum is 5 LPA 90-95% of students got placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees vary from 70000-80000 Rs per semester And along with that applying for a hostel cost around 30000 per semester. Hence Cost to study will be around 1-1.1 LPS There are numerous scholarships available based on merit basis as well as on category and family income.

Annual Fest- Blitzchlag Tech Fest- Sphinx different journals are presented by renowned authors all around the world are present in the library. There are numerous sports activities on the campus and the college does participate in events that are organized by other colleges actively.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

Mnit jaipur is very good among other nit's, except some minor problems.

I had also applied to nit bhopal where i could get electrical but that was so old infrastructure and its location is also outskirts and choose mnit due to its location and social life and city . Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent.
