Remarks

Admission was based on the results of JEE exam. The greater the rank, the more chances to get your desired branch. It also depends on the popularity of the branch. In today's time, the most popular branch is CSE/IT.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of the IT branch is up to date. We have to study by ourselves a lot (as expected in a college). We could not be totally dependent on the teachers. The faculty is well educated. If the notes are well prepared, then it is easy to pass the exam.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

From the fourth semester, which is the last year, the students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like Ultratech, Infosys, Samsung, Microsoft, Accenture, Amazon, SML Isuzu, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Airtel, etc visit campus placements with attractive packages.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college's fees are comparatively very low compared to other colleges in India. Also, scholarships by the government are also available for the students. With such a less amount of fees, the placements are also very good.

Campus Life

Events are conducted continuously and frequently on the college campus. There are thousands of books on all the subjects available in the library. In the library hall, there is the perfect area for studying. Sports day is also celebrated every year on the college campus.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

As this college was nearest to my home . It is. Also one the most popular college in Punjab. It is most affordable college . I didn't applied to any other college . The admission here was from 2 rounds of open counseling and I got admission in 2 nd round. The cutoff for my course was about 85%. There was no such exam as entrance exam .
