Entrance Preview
I got admission based on my 12th board marks.I scored 1150 out of 1200 which happened to be more than enough to get an admission. I chose this college because of the freedom that college provides to the students
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure was decent. The research work was bit lacking on the mechanical engineering department. Apart from curriculum there were many clubs which students can participate and develop their practical skills. The curriculum was based on choice based credit system, So students can choose their desired subject.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are provided in the college. Though the amount of companies visiting the campus of internships are fairly less. The stipend amount provided by the company was decent enough for the student.
Fees and Financial Aid
Appropriate Scholarship by way of remission of Tuition Fees ranging from 20% to 75% on the basis of different parameters including result of the eligibility qualifications, performance in admission test etc. as per policy of the University, may be sanctioned for the deserving candidates.
Exam Structure
Exams are both Semester end and also regular tests are also taken to ensure that a student has revised the previous concepts well.I would not call it hectic but one has to work hard.Other than that,there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy life at VIT and one should do enjoy !
