Remarks
The admission process was easy, admission was taken based on merits and it was easy to process. If a person wants a particular course he should have more than 65 % in his 12th. The application form can be found on bbdu.ac.in and the minimum application fee you have to provide is 500 rupees. If the person has more than 85% in his 12th he/she would avail a particular 15%to 35% off on tuition fee. The admission process is way smoother so no improvement is is is needed.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this college because it was the only college that provided my favorite subject Artificial Intelligence. The faculty is good and teaches well, every lecture has a different teacher and the class contains 50 students in it. Teachers in the university are highly qualified and the teaching method is also good they understand the problem of the children and solve them wisely. semesters are taken twice a year and sessional exams are taken every two months which are the internals.
Internships Opportunities
Many reputed companies have offered internships in bbd like HCL, Infosys, etc. roles are offered as campus ambassadors and trainees in the company. As my subject is artificial intelligence so these projects are like various machine learning models and coding, algorithms.
Placement Experience
From 6th -7th-semester students are eligible for campus placements. More than 300 companies visited the last year 2021 and some of the companies are Tata, HCL, Infosys, Oppo, etc. The highest package offered was about 22 lakhs and the minimum was something about 5lakhs. A total of more than 1200 students got placed about 60-65%of of students are placed every year. My plan after getting the degree id is to get placed in a good company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are moderate as compared to other B.Tech colleges and for B.Tech, you have to pay approx. rupees 1,20,000 per year while other courses like BBA, etc. have less fee structure. At current, I am studying in college only so got a merit scholarship from college if you get more than 85% in semesters you'll get a scholarship from the college. you can get the UP government scholarship if your financial condition is not good.
Campus Life
The annual fest is conducted every year in Feb it's known as " UTKARSH" and it is a great fest of three days and students enjoy it a lot, tech fests are conducted anytime in the year on regular basis. All kinds of books are available in the university library. Classrooms have good seats for children but no ac, the camera is provided in every class. Sports and other activities are very popular in the university it has its stadium and teams for basketball, football, cricket badminton, etc. and other sports too. Clubs are present in college like AAINA and NSS students in this team take part in all the co-curricular activities and sports, modeling, debate, standup, etc in other colleges.
