Entrance Preview

i give the exam of JEEE ADVANCED to took an admission in etenal university. And this year paper was very hard as compared to last year, which causes of cutoff also and i secured around 47%. I wanted to study in eternal university so i choose it.

My course is mathematics and computing. As this mainly includes mathematics and programming. and also value of branch increasing exponentially as people getting aware of this. in this course one can learn about coading-decoding, algorithim, data structure also.

Yes, the college too provide internship offer and even in the reputed company's also. Also, students are also free to join any internship offer and usually they also get internship

Fees and Financial Aid

University provides scholarship on merit with the eligibility criteria and % of relaxation in fees as follows:70 to 80 % Marks: 10% of the tuition fee (waiver off), Above 80 to 90 % Marks: 20% of the tuition fee (waiver off) ,Above 90% Marks: 30% of the tuition fee (waiver off)

it's cultural activities. It has numerous societies which helps in building students personality. Robotics conducts workshop, events and many more

Chandigarh-based companies or the startups, and training institutes come here. Companies like Meander Software, Bebo Technologies, Novem Control, BookingKoala - Sales Hungary, etc. companies come. Average package is 3.8 LPA, and 50% students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is working in an IT company.

Placement Experience:

At NIT Hamirpur, students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards, and the placement scenario has been quite encouraging in recent years. A wide range of companies such as Infosys, Wipro, L\&T, Capgemini, Tata Projects, and several core as well as IT firms visit the campus every year. The highest placement touched an impressive 2.05 crore offered to a mechanical engineering student, while the overall average package stands at around 10.5 LPA, which is a strong figure compared to many other NITs. The placement percentage remains high, with a majority of students securing offers, especially in branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, though core branches like civil and mechanical also receive good opportunities. The profiles offered include roles in software development, consulting, design, project engineering, and research. After completing my degree, I plan to take advantage of these placement opportunities to gain solid industry experience and later decide whether to pursue higher studies or competitive exams for broader career growth.

Environment of my college

Remarks:

There are mostly good remarks for college like the environment in kangra Himachal Pradesh is best in the area. There are dhauladar hill ranges infront for college and fress air of hilly areas are good for students.
