Remarks

Written Amrita entrance exam, and got placed in college, the application form will in the Amrita college website. I didn't avail of any reservation. The admission process can be easier for other state students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in doing the course ECE. Faculty are well trained enough and the ratio is pretty good enough most of them are Ph.D. holders, 2 midterm exams and one sem exam will be conducted, and one internal exam.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities

IBM and lot many companies offer internships for students at Amrita I don't remember their names but they use to forward messages in the WhatsApp groups. Projects can be done under teachers' guidance in Amrita with ease.

Placement Experience

From semester 6 i.e. 3rd year the students are eligible for sitting in placements. Bosch, IBM Amazon, and lot many companies like TCS for sure. The highest was around 54lpa and the average is around 7 LPA. Almost 95% of students are placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is quite high but yeah If you get a seat in ASE by writing an exam you will be getting a scholarship based on slabs that are provided. I am a 2nd-year student so I don't know about stipends. The scholarship is being provided by the college.

Campus Life

Life at Amrita is almost like a school but during fests, it's to the next level. we have another fresh, Ganesh chavithi, Dussehra celebrations Ugadi celebrations, sports, and extra activities have a good place and a lot of clubs are there.

Hostel Facilities

4 people per room and infrastructure are not up to the mark. The meal is good but quantity will be good hostel registration will be there on the websites affordable yes. The food is okay but the quality can be improved.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Amrita and its Dubbing voice

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
