Remarks
Wbjee or jee main rank card is required to get admission Minimum 45% in HS required with PCM or PCB. The college has the approval of both PCI and AICTE. Birbhum Pharmacy School provides good hostel facilities. For more information, you can go through the official website of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
There is a very good scope after pursuing a bachelor of Pharmacy in marketing, manufacturing industry, IT sector, retail and hospital pharmacy, etc. so I choose this course. All department teachers are present in this college. The faculty was quite good. Students have to go through 2 semesters and 8 internal exams in a year for 4 years.
Placement Experience
From the 8th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Students got placements in nestle, Himalaya, aculife, Wockhardt pharma, Reliance retail, etc. The highest package was 3 lakhs per annum. The average package was 250000.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fee is nearly 380000 for BPharma. And currently, the hostel fee is 54000 per year. Students here get different scholarships for example swami Vivekananda scholarship. There are no hikes in course fees in a running session but there may be a hike in hostel fees.
Campus Life
Pharm buzz fest was organized in this college. A smart classroom is available in this college. Annual sports were also organized here with game activities like running, high jump, long jump, candle lighting, football in the goal, musical chair, etc.
Hostel Facilities
Currently, in the new hostel, each room has 7-8 students. Meal quality is average but better than other colleges of West Bengal as per fees. The hostel is so affordable. The hostel provides 2 times meals and 2 times tiffin in a day.
