The admission process was online and just 1 day we had to go to college for the real admission process. The overall process was not too tiring unlike other colleges. Basically when you go on the college website that is ycce.edu, you will get all the information that you need regarding admission and fees process. Benifits for the reserved candidtaes are provided, like they have to pay a little less amount compared to those who belong to general category. And alos yearly they get scholarships. I myself belong to SC category and I got scholarship and also I have minimal fee.

The faculties for each subject are very well educated and have a high knowledge on any subject, since my course is information technology, the faculties have a very high technical information. Faculties are cooperative and help srudents whenever needed and clear the doubts whenever asked. The reationship between the faculties andstudents is also good and every student respects all the faculties. Since we had our first offline session this year, it took a little time to get back on track so our exams were postponed for a few days because the course was not completed because of all the events and delay.

So before you get into the 7th semester, companies start to visit the college, and till the end of october they keep on visitng. So placements is a very long process so the comapny that offers you the job is the company that will give you internship, if not then you can opt for your own internships or the college also helps you do internships. The projects are given to us like in the 7th semester we have mini project and in the 8th semester we have this major project which helps in clearing a lot of ideas and helps to learn new technologies. Up till now we were just studying the thery portion but now with the help of projects we got to know how to apply these learned skills in real cases.

So students who have no on going backlogs in the 7th semester and have no year drop during the graduation as well as after 10th are eligible for appearing for campus placements. But the there are some comapnies who don't put such criterias while selecting. Also the CGPA must be greater than 6.75. Only then the student is eligible for all the companies. There are so many comapnies that visit the college campus which includes very well known companies like Amazon, Persistent, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Sahaj Softwares, Global logic, Amadeus, JP morgan. The highest package offered by the company is 14,00,000 by JP Morgan and the second highest pacakge providing company is Sahaj Softwares with 13,00,000 pa. My plans after getting my degree would be to continue with the comapny I get after the placements, I dont plan for persuing any higher degrees like MBA, Mtech and all

The fees is kept same for all the years, like for one year the open category students need to pay 1,50,000 and sc stuents need to pay 3100. So this fees is consistent and doen't change with time. I myself have paid the same amount for two years like for direct second year admission I had to pay 13500, but for 3rd year as well as 4th year I had to pay 3100.

The annual fest that happens in the college is named as YASH. And every year a lot of students gather and celebrate this annual day. Another function that follows YASH is BHAIRAVI, which usually happens in the night and it includes one celebrity performance. The books are available in the library whenever needed. And there are also competitive exam books which is an advantage for those appearing for campus placements as well as those who are preparing for CAT, GMAT, GATE and other exams. The only bad thing about YCCE is, I would say that during summers they don't use coolers which is very exhausting for the students as well as for the faculties to teach for 1 hour straight. Extra curricular activities are also given equal importance, like we have a cricket team, football team and many other.
