I have taken admission through the entrance exam but now the system changed NTA is taking Central University's common entrance test for admission after the entrance result University itself releases its cut off and eligible students can take admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen the course because I am going to opt for my career in the academic field means the UGC net jrf exam, then Ph.D. and finally to become a teacher and give a contribution in the field of education. In my class there are 115 students class is divided into 3 sections and 6 teachers are allowed per section. All the teachers were well qualified some of them from jnu and some from BHU itself and others from DU.
Internships Opportunities
Previously I have been told there is no placement in my course but there is an internship opportunity available for the students organized by some NGO every year in other professional courses there are lots of opportunities available for the internship.
Fees and Financial Aid
My course is Master of Arts in Political Science so there is no campus placement in my course but there is campus placement in my university for other courses. If I talk about financial assistance then University provides some financial assistance for sc/St Students then can pay the money after the course when they got their job in installments.
Campus Life
If I talk about the library then everyone department and faculty have its library and apart from that, there is a Central library named Seiji Gaikwad central library. The central library is divided into two groups one is a cyber library and the other is a Central Library. BHU'S central library is one of the biggest central libraries in India in terms of books. There is a special quota for sports students they get training and financial and other assistance from the universities.
Hostel Facilities
I was living in Raja ram Mohan Roy hostel which is specifically allocated for Post Graduation Students. The hostel is nominal 2400 per year two mess in the hostel charge Rs50/diet. You can get easily a room and Pg nearby campus at a nominal cost.
