Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty is very nice. All teachers have good knowledge and their way of teaching is admirable. Notes are shared on the regular basis. The student ratio is around 36 - 39 in each year batch. Exams are held at the end of every semester and they are not so easy to pass. I choose this course because I wanted to work in the quality department of food companies as a quality checker.
Internships Opportunities
I worked as an intern in a private company dealing in various dairy and fast-consuming products. My role was to ensure the quality of the products as per the standards provided by my superiors. I performed many tasks like milk quality testing by estimating its fat and protein content.
Placement Experience
Many companies visited and proposed good packages and the highest package offered was 6 lakh per annum. After the fifth semester, students become eligible for campus placements.70 to 80 % of students got hired for different jobs with different incentives to offer. After graduation, I will apply for post-graduation in a private or government institute.
