The admission process is conducted by the councilling system of WBJEE. You can took admission in this college through the WBJEE. For CSE branch :- rank <11000 For ME branch :- rank <15000 For EE branch :- rank < 17000 For TT branch:- rank < 25000 Application for wbjee, start from December and January month in WBJEE's official website . Application fees :- 500 There are a some reversion seat for different casts. In every branch :- 2 seats for OBC candidate 2 for SC candidate 2 for ST candidate 1 for PWD candidate The admission process is too time consuming, it should be improved.

Basically I have an little bit interest in mechanics so I choose this course and also I get this branch from WBJEE councilling. Approximately in all department the teacher and student ratio is almost 1:7 All faculties are pass out other reputated institution, all of them have industries level experience, which helps us to get industry knowledge about there work culture for our future In every semester there are 4 internal exam and 1 semester exam. Semester exam is conducted by university.

After 3rd year, students become eligible for campus on-placement process. Many companies came to our college for recruitment, like Cognizant, Wipro, polled, young optics, Technoforte etc. They give different offers. In this year highest package in on-campus placement is offered by Young optics company, it's 13.28 LPA. Tital 17 students from ME and EE branch get placed for this company in manufacturing engineering job role. In this year placement percentage is almost 75% in average. My plan is to get a job in a Software Company.

Semester fees : For ME, EE, TT :- 6000 For CSE :- 12000 Exam fees : For all department:- 1200/semester We get SVMCM scholarships from govt of west bengal, which one is being approved by our college authorities according to our ygpa of our previous year. There are not any opportunities to get internship from college campus.

Annual fest :- Alfresco *There are not conduct separate tech fest... but many tech events are organized in the Annual fest. Library is so good for books and journals, maximum book ar technology related though it's a Engineering college. Some journals are also avaliable for sudden interest. All classrooms are well arranged, day to day it has been cleaned by college cleaning staff, with projector and screen for visual explanations. There are a sports atmosphere for some outdoor games like volleyball, football, cricket and also for some indoor game like Table Tennis, Carrom.
